Together with investment partners Aspen owns and manages approximately 2.4 million square feet of office space  and 2,531 parking stalls in the cities of Calgary and Edmonton. The portfolio includes 9 buildings in downtown Calgary and 2 in downtown Edmonton, as well as over one million square feet of "A" office space on the drawing board for development in the Calgary market. The 300,000 square foot Palliser South office tower is currently under construction, and is expected to be completed in August 2009.
