Aspen Properties is a fully integrated privately held real estate company based in the city of Calgary. Together with investment partners Aspen currently owns and manages approximately 2.0 million square feet of office space and 2,117 parking stalls in the cities of Calgary and Edmonton. The portfolio includes 6 buildings in downtown Calgary and 2 in downtown Edmonton and, as well has over one million square feet of "AAA" office space on the drawing board for development in the Calgary market. Construction of the 300,000 square foot Palliser South office tower was completed in 2010.
